When will I receive my Member pack and card?
Your Member pack and card will be ordered in our weekly fulfilment file. Once this has been ordered you will receive your items within the next 3-4 weeks to the address provided on your Member account.
My Account Details
Make sure to keep your email and other account details up to date to ensure that you keep receiving communications from us! Each home match you will receive a game day guide via email which will outline any events and activations happening on game day. Update your details via your Account Manager here. Alternatively you can contact Member Services on 8440 6690.
General Admission access for up to 3 home games of your choice, including access to General Admission seating in the Southern Stand from section 524-527 or standing area on the Hilux Hill at the northern end (subject to capacity). Get to the game early to secure your seat in the general admission allocated bays as seats are limited!
Flexibility to attend Crows home games with friends who have General Admission access or daily tickets.
Can I upgrade to a reserved seat?
Your General Admission membership can be upgraded to a reserved seat through Ticketek on a game-by-game basis, which is a recommended for blockbuster home games to guarantee access.
Prior to the season the on-sale dates for daily tickets will be online at crowsmembership.com.au. As a Crows member, you will get pre-sale access to purchase tickets.
To purchase go to ticketek.com.au and select the relevant game, select ‘General Public’ in the drop down box (not Western Stand), enter your Bronze membership barcode on your membership card, and select the reserved seat you would like for that game.
You can upgrade 1 seat per membership but you can purchase up to 9 additional full priced tickets should you wish to attend with friends.
If you have multiple memberships, you can enter each barcode to upgrade them at the same time. You will simply pay the ‘reserved seat upgrade’ component of the ticket.
Using your Bronze Membership barcode to upgrade to a seat does count at 1 of your 3 games attendance.
Remember, if you do upgrade to a reserved seat through Ticketek, it means you will need to scan into the game using that ticket instead of your member card.
How can I join the wait list for reserved seating?
Bronze memberships (along with any other access Membership) allows you to join the 2019 Wait List for a season reserved seat membership. If you haven’t already, you can request to be added to the Wait List by contacting Member Services on (08) 8440 6690.
You will need to renew your membership each year to maintain your position on the Wait List.
Essential Crow Membership
Essential Crow Members get access to all Crows home games, with access to open choice seating in the Western Stand. Get to the game early to ensure you get seat!
If you are looking to bring a family member of friend to a certain match you can purchase a guest pass for them through the Ticketek website. To purchase go to ticketek.com.au and select the relevant game, select ‘Western Stand Guest Passes’ in the drop down box (not Western Stand Seat Upgrade), enter your Essential Crow membership barcode and proceed through the checkout process.
Essential Crow Members can also upgrade to a reserved seat in the Western Stand. Seat upgrades in the Western Stand are limited so make sure you keep an eye out on our website 19thman.com.au for On-Sale dates to ensure you don’t miss out.
